Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bayes.racing and any related pages (the "Site"), operated by Bayes Racing ("Bayes Racing", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and not barred from using the Site under applicable law, to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Changes to the Site and these Terms

"Formula 1", "F1", team names, and related marks are the property of their respective owners; Bayes Racing is an independent publication and is not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by Formula 1, the FIA, or any team.

Feedback and submissions

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or other materials, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use them for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you. You are responsible for what you submit and represent that you have the rights to do so.

No professional, betting, or investment advice

The Content — including all forecasts, probabilities, ratings, and model outputs — is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. It is generated by statistical and machine-learning models and reflects estimates with inherent uncertainty; it may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not guaranteed. The Content does not constitute betting, gambling, financial, investment, legal, or other professional advice, and must not be relied upon as such. Any decisions you make — including any wagering — are made solely at your own risk and discretion, and you are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BAYES RACING OR ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Governing law & dispute resolution

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely.
